This Privacy Policy sets out what personal information SoCal Emergency Plumbing Fullerton ("we," "us," or "our") gathers, what we do with it, who it is shared with and how it is kept safe, both when you visit https://socalemergencyplumbingfullerton.com and when you book plumbing work at a home or business in Fullerton or elsewhere in Orange County.
Information We Collect
Nearly everything we hold comes straight from you, such as:
- Your name and phone number, the address that needs the work, and an email address if you want to add one
- A description of the plumbing problem or of the work you want done
- Payment card details, which a PCI-compliant payment processor handles and which we do not store
- Records of your phone calls, text messages and request form submissions
Browsing the site also leaves a small technical trail, gathered through cookies and similar tools: your IP address, the browser you use, the site or page that sent you here, and which of our pages you open.
Analytics and Measurement
This website uses Google Analytics, a measurement service of Google LLC. It records the pages you view and how you use them, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and the type of device and browser you use, and it sets its own cookies to tell visits apart. We use this to count visits and improve the website. This information is not sold. Learn how Google uses this data, and your choices, at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
When you send a form, Google Analytics can also detect the email address, phone number and street address you typed and send them to Google in hashed form (turned into a code that does not show the original text), so that Google can measure which visits lead to a request.
This website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement service by Cloudflare, Inc. that counts page views and loading times without cookies and without following you across other websites.
This website counts a few anonymous interactions, such as taps on the phone number, clicks on buttons and starting or sending a form, together with the page where they happen. Our website platform, LunOS, keeps these counts without cookies and without your name, phone number or email, and they are used only to understand which pages help visitors reach us.
If you reach this website from an online ad, the page address can include an ad click identifier (such as gclid, wbraid or gbraid). When you send a form, that identifier is sent with it so we can tell which ads bring requests. It does not identify you by name.
To block spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check by Cloudflare, Inc. that reads technical information about your browser and device. It does not use advertising cookies.
Some pages of this website show a map from Google Maps, a service of Google LLC. The map loads from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address.
How We Use Information
- To book a visit, send a plumber to your address and carry out the work
- To send written estimates, invoices, appointment reminders and follow-ups about a job
- To follow up on questions you have, before or after a job
- To make this website and our service better
- To meet legal requirements and enforce the agreements we make with you
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. It goes only to vendors that support our operations (scheduling, payment processing, hosting, analytics and messaging), each receiving only what its part of the work needs, unless a law requires us to disclose more, except as described in the analytics section above.
